Ms. Marina
Ms. Marina is a Bay Area native who has been dancing and performing recreationally and competitively for 16 years. She has won many titles and scholarships at competitions and conventions such as KAR dance competition, Jump dance convention, and RADIX dance convention.
Her hard work and dedication led her to her first job at 15 teaching dance and gymnastics at The Little Gym where she also enjoyed choreographing dance performances for multiple local events, including The Almaden Lake Art and Wine festival. At 16, she decided to follow in her sister's (Ms. Myky’s) footsteps, and join the cheerleading team at her high school, becoming captain her sophomore, junior, and senior year, and receiving the title “All-Around Star” at the end of her senior year.
She is excited to now share her passion with the next generation of dancers through her work as a DAU faculty member and an office team member.
Ms. Marina hopes to make meaningful connections and create a welcoming and supportive environment for her students. She believes that anyone can find a passion for dancing and reach their full potential with the positivity and support of a great teacher.
