Ms. Kiana

Kiana's passion for dance ignited during her high school years when she enrolled in beginning dance as an elective for arts credit. Since then, she has been captivated by the myriad of ways to express herself through movement, finding joy and fulfillment in every step.

Embracing the vastness of the dance world, Kiana considers herself a perpetual student, always eager to learn, grow, and evolve. Her dance journey has led her through a diverse array of styles, including jazz, hip hop, jazz funk, heels, bachata, salsa, house, and dance hall. She is currently on a competitive hip hop team and Latin dance team. She has been featured as a dancer in multiple music and concept videos and even directed a cultural show. In addition to her passion for dance, Kiana has found excitement in aerial arts, with the lyra capturing her heart as her favorite apparatus. 

As she continues to pursue her artistic endeavors, Kiana remains dedicated to sharing her love for dance with others and aspires to inspire the next generation of movers. Having been blessed with the guidance of wonderful and talented teachers, Kiana recognizes the profound impact mentors can have on a student's growth. With this in mind, she approaches teaching with a deep sense of responsibility, understanding that as an instructor, she plays a crucial role in shaping the journey of her students.

She believes wholeheartedly in their potential and is dedicated to providing the guidance and encouragement needed for them to thrive in whatever path they choose to pursue.
